About Children’s Ministry

The Children’s Ministry of the Union des Églises Baptistes au Rwanda (UEBR) is dedicated to nurturing the spiritual, emotional, and social development of children within the church and the community through different ways

Bible Teaching and Storytelling The ministry focuses on teaching children the Bible through age-appropriate lessons and engaging storytelling. This helps instill a strong foundation of faith and understanding of God's Word.

Worship and Praise Children are encouraged to participate in worship through music, dance, and prayer. Special programs, such as children's choirs or praise events, allow them to express their faith joyfully.

Memory Verses and Scripture Engagement Children are motivated to memorize Bible verses, which helps them internalize scripture and apply it to their daily lives. Competitions and rewards may be used to encourage participation.

Social and Emotional Development

The Children’s Ministry provides a safe space where children feel valued and loved. This nurturing environment fosters their emotional well-being and encourages healthy relationships among peers.

Programs may include teaching essential life skills, such as teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution. Activities like group games and projects promote collaboration and understanding.
